NTA Parents/Guardians Memo

Primary Spelling Bee

the In-house Primary Spelling Bee will be held in the Sanctuary on Thursday, March 4th, 2004, at 1:00pm sharp!  Parents/Guardians and well-wishers are encouraged to attend and support our children.

Re-Licensing with the Department of Human Services

If your child's Health Certificate is not dropped off on Friday, March 5th, 2003, your child will be unable to attend the Academy until the certificate is returned.

Report Cards

The Third Marking period ends on March 12th, 2004.  Report cards will be issued to parents/guardians with current accounts on Monday, March 22nd, 2004 from 3:00pm.  Parents please make and appointment with your child/children teacher to discuss their progress.

PTA Meeting

The PTA will be having a meeting on Monday, March 22nd, 2004, at 5:30pm.  We are asking all parents to attend.  Your questions and concerns are welcome.  Refreshments will be served.  The topic that will be discussed is Easter Lemonade Stand Fundraiser.

Staff Workshop

The Academy will be closed on Thursday, March 18th, 2004 and on Friday, March 19th for Staff Workshop Training Days.  The Academy will resume on Monday, March 22nd, 2004.

Transfer Day

The New Testament Academy will be OPENED on Wed. March 31st, 2004.

Re-Registration

If you intend to place your child in the Academy for the 2004-2005 School Year, please prepare to register early.        Details to follow shortly.
